Working on Your Schedule

Commercial and development projects run on timelines. We’ll walk the site with you, give you a clear written bid, and schedule the work around your other contractors and business hours. For active businesses, we can plan the work to keep entrances, parking, and customer areas safe and open.

Land Clearing Questions

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We’re fully insured and can send a certificate of insurance to you, your general contractor, or your property manager before work begins.

How do you price land clearing?

We bid each project after seeing it. Pricing depends on the number and size of trees, the density of brush, site access, how close the work is to structures or lines, and whether stumps need to be ground.

Can we keep the wood or chips on site?

Absolutely. Leaving chips for erosion control or landscaping, or logs for firewood, can also lower the hauling cost.
